The Buyong Beach House is rented exclusively as a whole property. When you book, the entire beach house — all rooms, indoor spaces, outdoor deck, and beach access — is yours alone. There are no shared spaces with other guests.

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability — please let us know when you inquire and we will do our best to accommodate.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport is located on Mactan Island itself, making the journey from the airport to the beach house conveniently short — typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. We can provide directions or recommend transport options when you confirm your booking.
